Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

with hands-on experience in

building construction, aluminium fabrication, or interior designing sectors

. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to lead and close project-based sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads in the construction, aluminium, and interior design industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare project proposals and quotations. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the region.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales within the

building construction, aluminium, or interior design

industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
