Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales cycles for high-intent and high-value leads.
Achieve individual and assisted revenue targets consistently.
Handle complex objections, negotiations, and closures.
Improve funnel efficiency by reducing lead aging and drop-offs.
Guide and mentor Sales Associates on pitching and follow-ups.
Support onboarding and training of new hires.
Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead quality and enrollments.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C/B2B sales.
Proven closing and negotiation ability.
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
Data-driven approach to sales execution.
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
CRM systems, sales dashboards, reporting tools, Excel / Google Sheets.
