Assistant Manager (Sales)



Roles and Responsibilities





Oversee and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and targeted client outreach. Handle high-value clients from lead generation to deal closure with complete ownership. Conduct regular team reviews, provide performance feedback, and guide BDEs for better productivity. Manage client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations efficiently. Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure CRM discipline across the team. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Skills



Strong leadership & team-handling capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Deep understanding of real estate trends, pricing, and client psychology. Ability to manage pressure, targets, and a fast-paced sales environment. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. High accountability and ownership.

Experience



Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales or high-ticket B2C sales roles. Prior experience in team handling and closing large-value deals is mandatory. Own Vehicle is Mandatory.
