Assistant Manager - Counselling

Role:

Manage the entire counselling operations and a team of 30. Optimize the lead management process to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end process for a 30-person team: Website lead calls, client requirement analysis, WhatsApp communication, and follow-up systems.

Ensure the entire team maintains accurate and consistent client records in Excel/CRM.

Develop strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates from all channels.

Hold teams accountable for achieving the overall

5% conversion rate

Key Skills:

Proven experience managing large teams in Ed-Tech

Fluency in

Hindi and English

Expertise in data analysis & reporting using

MS-Excel/Google Drive

Strong leadership and process management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
