Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Assistant Manager - B2B & B2C

to support our fintech sales and growth strategy across both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) segments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the fintech landscape, digital payments, lending, neobanking, or related services. They will drive customer acquisition, partnerships, user engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new business clients such as merchants, SMEs, or enterprise accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, aggregators, and resellers. Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new partners to the platform. Support strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, and technology providers. Conduct product demos and provide training to client teams on fintech solutions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-6 years of relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in the fintech or BFSI sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and BI tools. Knowledge of fintech products such as payment solutions, wallets, lending platforms, UPI, BNPL, etc. Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
