Experience required: 4 - 6 yrs of relevant experience Educational Qualification: ANY DEGREE Preferred Male & Female Candidates Job Summary: We are looking for Male & female with strong communication skills and a background in sales. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents. Conduct daily huddles, share updates, and ensure clarity of goals. Handle shift planning, attendance, and scheduling. Manage team discipline and maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management Operations Management Quality & Customer Experience Reporting & Documentation Training & Development Handle all communication with confidentiality, clarity, and empathy. Good communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills
