recognized for delivering outstanding quality care, safe and effective alternatives for fat

removal and body contouring to our esteemed clientele and beloved customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Oversee the clinic's Sales and Operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.

? Serve as the acting Center Manager in their absence, managing staff and

workflow.

? Manage the Billing and Cash Counter, maintaining accuracy and transparency.

? Prepare and share daily operational reports, including metrics like Open Cards and

client data.

? Submit the Petty Cash Reports consistently daily.

? Ensure cash remittances are deposited in the bank within 24 working hours.

? Engage with clients to understand their needs, involve them in decision-making

about their treatment, and encourage active participation.

? Follow up with unmaterialized leads to drive conversion and closures.

? Reconnect with existing and past clients to promote referrals and rebookings,

enhancing client retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,388.53 - ?45,298.80 per month
