Job Summary:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership sales, supporting lead conversion efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the Sales Manager in daily operations, track performance metrics, and help ensure the studio meets its growth and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals for memberships and fitness packages Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into active members Provide excellent studio tours to potential clients, highlighting Beatbox's unique offerings Maintain an up-to-date CRM and track all leads, follow-ups, and client interactions Support the Sales Manager with scheduling, reporting, and team coordination Promote studio events, promotions, and referral programs both online and offline Deliver top-tier customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention Assist with front desk operations, check-ins, and class flow when needed Stay informed about class schedules, trainer availability, and ongoing offers
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory) 1-3 years of experience in sales, fitness, or customer service roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fitness and healthy living Goal-oriented and driven by performance metrics Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office or Google Workspace Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
