Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Escalations Management:

Handle all Level 1 (L1) tickets raised against DMS/SFA/Retailer App. Communicate the issues to the technical team, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.

Distributor Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding of newly appointed partners in the DMS/SFA/Retailer App platforms, ensuring all necessary configurations and master data setups are completed accurately.

Master Data Management:

Ensure all the masters (New additions/ Modification in existing master) are DMS/SFA/Retailer app Platforms.

Backend Operations:

Manage and monitor end-to-end backend operations for DMS/SFA/Retailer Application within the region, ensuring system stability and process compliance.

Training & Capability Building:

Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for distributors and internal stakeholders to bridge system knowledge gaps and enhance operational efficiency.

Process Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to DMS/SFA/Retailer Applications' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promptly report any deviations to the central team.

Performance Review & Insights:

Monitor daily DMS/SFA/Retailer application KPIs, analyze system data, and provide actionable insights to the sales and field teams for performance improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Schedule and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cadence calls with regional and central stakeholders to review DMS/SFA/Retailer application performance and resolve ongoing issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of DMS/SFA/Retailer application platforms and sales processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Good communication and coordination skills Ability to train and support distributors effectively Attention to detail and process orientation
