- Job Title: Beat Trainer - DTH (Vertical)- Position Level: Assistant Manager- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent- Location: PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)- Industry: Service Sector - DTH & Air Fiber (Broadband)- Functional Area: TrainingRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beat Trainer with a background in Sales, Retail, or DTH (Telecom). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, ensuring product knowledge, and driving process adherence across teams. This role involves extensive fieldwork and travel, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, mobile training environment.Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery & Execution:- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions for newly hired trainers.- Facilitate classroom and online learning sessions.Field Training:- Deliver training to ISDs (Promoters) at modern trade outlets such as Croma, Vijay Sales, and Great Eastern.Program Management:- Plan and execute New Hire Induction Programs (NHIPs) and other training initiatives across India.Performance & Reporting:- Maintain training databases and prepare review decks.- Ensure delivery of client KPIs by the training team.Process Improvement:- Conduct regular market visits and contribute to continuous process enhancement.Candidate Profile:Experience:- 1-2+ years in training, preferably in Sales/Retail/DTH (Telecom).- Prior DTH training experience is highly desirable.Education:- Graduate (BE/B.Tech preferred) or a minimum 2-year diploma after 12th.Skills:- Strong communication and writing skills.- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.- Ability to manage a group of 15-20 participants in training sessions.Mobility:- Willingness to travel locally and outstation for training delivery.
