Assistant Manager - Sales
with strong experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive sales targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Marketing teams for lead flow and updates.
Maintain sales reports, update CRM, and provide timely data to management.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and customer demands.
Skills & Qualifications
5-9 years of experience in real estate sales (Mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of Chennai real estate market.
Ability to work independently and handle client escalations effectively.
