Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to support our expanding sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into buyers. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the local property landscape. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
