Primary responsibilities will include
maintaining
SLA, Handling the Customer, managing team and preparing for dashboard for MBR and QBR
Responsibilities
Monitoring the Teamwork and update the SOP's and Guides as per the Client Update
Support daily business operation while keeping track on
work flow
, delegating work and sending EOD reports
Thorough knowledge on
SalesForce
platform with knowledge on Setting up Customers, New contacts, New Partner Relationship on Salesforce Application
Support Creation of new Opportunities for Natural Gas and Power
commodity on
Salesforce Application and Encore Application.
Modify Opportunities, Create Pricing requests, setting up new service locations and adding service locations.
Live support on Cases assigned by the client as
an
when needed.
Handle email queries from clients, respond to user queries and help requests and resolve issues.
Update daily trackers, master trackers, keep track of
changes
and
updating
user guides when
required
.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Process
Knowledge: Understanding of
Sales Analytics
and exposure to
and Gas/Energy Industry
Systems Knowledge:
Good
years of experience having exposure to Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to Salesforce.com
Team management
Good numeracy and analytical abilities, with good Excel skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated
proficiency
with written English and with neutral English accent
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good report writing and PowerPoint skill
