Designation: Assistant Manager Sales (Senior Engineer) - Mumbai
Relevant experience: Electrical Switchgear, System House, Services & Application, Project, Automation Sales
Location: Mumbai; Preferred Residence location Thane, Borivali, Goregaon, Andheri, Ghatkopar, Mulund.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years (Work experience of Industries preferable Switchgear Sale, Machine Building, Process, Energy)
Offered CTC: Till 9 lacs

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing and expanding customer bases in the region
• Developing relationship and good contacts with top panel builder, OEM, EPC Contractors, Electrical Consultants, DCS Customer, End User & OEM.
• Adequate Knowledge of various industrial Electrical Product & Interface product, selection of Product as per customer requirement.
• Planning and conducting sales & marketing promotional activities on regular basis (Product seminar, End user training program, Webinars, Exhibition etc)
• Creating brand pull & preference in market in collaboration with marketing team
• Responsible for identifying & developing sales opportunities by structured engagement & coordinating within team for conversion.
• Transferring leads to channel Partner and support in closure to channel partner & marketing initiatives with partners.
• Planned (regular) visit to targetted Panel Builder, Electrical Consultant, Project & OEM customer.

• Good Knowledge of Local Market, Electrical Product, Intercafe Product & Basics of Automation.
• Proactive & self-starter.
• Drive for Sales results.
• High Level of Integrity.
• Pleasing demeanor as an enabler to build relationship.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills
• Keen observer and a self-starter to achieve business target.
• Ability to influence at various levels across the organization.
• Should be ready for (10-15) days out-station travel in a month.
• Exposure and experience in selling automation products would be preferred
