Role: Sales Associate - Real EstateLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Onsite | 6-day work week (Weekends included)What You'll Do:- Drive customer engagement by effectively communicating with prospects, proactively reaching out, and diligently following up on leads.- Build and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate qualified customer leads.- Understand customer needs deeply and identify lucrative sales opportunities.- Provide clear, timely, and comprehensive responses to customer queries.- Stay updated on product/service offerings and develop strong product knowledge.- Manage and update a detailed customer database with accuracy.- Clearly explain and demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services.- Track competitive landscape and position Ivy Homes effectively against alternatives.- Execute upselling strategies to maximize revenue.- Research and qualify new leads through structured prospecting.- Consistently achieve sales targets, showcasing strong closing abilities.What We're Looking For:- 1-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance.
