The role is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing sales performance data to provide meaningful insights to senior management. The position supports the development of performance frameworks, drives data-led decision-making, and contributes to overall sales effectiveness and growth. Key Responsibilities Performance Measurement & Analytics
Support the design, enhancement, and operation of performance measurement and analytics systems for the sales function.
Build and strengthen performance management capabilities aligned with organizational and industry best practices.
Develop performance metrics/KPIs and ensure accurate tracking across sales teams.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, drivers, and growth opportunities. Sales Insights & Reporting
Prepare timely reports and dashboards using SQL, PowerBI, and other tools.
Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
Monitor competitor performance and market trends to guide internal benchmarks. Data Governance & Compliance
Ensure all sales data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
Maintain clear documentation and support audit requirements as needed. Strategic Support
Identify gaps and propose solutions to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
Participate in defining annual performance goals and KPIs.
Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by management. Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Sales analysis, planning & strategy
Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Stakeholder management & collaboration
Ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
2 3 years of experience in sales performance management, sales analytics, or data-driven roles
Experience in aviation is an added advantage
