Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting sales strategies. The role involves prospecting, B2B/B2C sales (as applicable), negotiation, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and Sales skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings.
To be a successful Assistant Manager - Sales, you should be focused on improving your team performance. You should be observant and detail-oriented and possess an understanding of the business, the products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties:-
? Manage the entire sales cycle -- lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
? Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
? Prepare and deliver professional presentations, demos, and business proposals.
? Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
? Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
? Participate in sales review meetings and support strategic planning to improve conversions.
Requirements:-
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Strong presentation and relationship management abilities
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving approach.
? 8-13 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
? Ability to multitask and work under pressure with deadlines.
? Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zohobooks etc.)
