Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated and result-driven

Assistant Manager - Sales (Female)

to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and assist in achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, team coordination abilities, and experience in B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in achieving

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Generate and follow up on

leads (inbound & outbound)

Coordinate with sales team to close deals efficiently Build and maintain strong

client relationships

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations Handle client calls, meetings, and negotiations Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports Support CRM updates and sales pipeline management Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications



Female candidates only

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred

2-5 years

of experience in sales or business development Excellent communication & negotiation skills Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Target-oriented and self-motivated approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills



Experience in

IT Services / Software / Digital Marketing / Real Estate / B2B Sales

International client handling experience Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
