Support the development and execution of regional/territory oncology sales strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for oncology products.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
Identify growth opportunities in hospitals, cancer centres, and oncology clinics.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with
medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, hemato-oncologists, oncology surgeons, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
.
Conduct regular field visits, follow-ups, and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries, handling objections, and supporting product usage.
3. Product Knowledge & Scientific Engagement
Maintain deep knowledge of oncology products, indications, clinical data, treatment protocols, and competitor products.
Conduct product presentations, CME programs, round-table meetings, and scientific engagement sessions.
Support medical and marketing teams during product launches or updates
