BE/MSc in Chemical/Chemistry or any relevant Engineering degree, or MBA in Sales & Marketing.


Experience:


5-10 years of relevant sales experience in the MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.

Job Responsibility

Assist in achieving overall sales targets for MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products. Support in identifying and monitoring key customers for MWF products. Assist in coordinating with R&D for the development of potential products. Participate in technical meetings with customers and assist in presentations. Assist in addressing critical distributor issues. Assist in identifying knowledge gaps within the team and contribute to developing plans for filling them.

Key Skills

Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area. Good technical product knowledge Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Presentation and communication skills Goal-oriented mindset.
