Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market to achieve company sales and profitability targets.
Identify, onboard, and develop new customers within the assigned sales region.
Achieve gross profit targets set by management, with a benchmark of
three times the gross profit
contribution.
Ensure minimum gross profit margins are maintained for all customers, aligned with approved credit limits.
Maintain healthy receivables and actively monitor and control bad debt exposure.
Prepare individual and team-based action plans to identify, pursue, and convert sales leads and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share.
Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives as required.
Submit
weekly End-of-Week (EOW) reports
and
monthly sales performance reports
to the General Manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing, sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Prepare and deliver customer proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Monitor and control operational and sales-related expenses in line with budget guidelines.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, business ethics, and compliance standards.
Maintain strong and continuous engagement with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and demonstrate professionalism in interactions with all company employees.

Minimum
