Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trading and investment clients.
Execute buy/sell orders in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
Provide market insights, stock analysis, and investment recommendations.
Support and guide a team of
5-10 Business Associates
to enhance sales and productivity.
Achieve individual and team-based monthly/quarterly targets.
Handle client queries related to Demat, trading accounts, and investment portfolios.
Work closely with research and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and company guidelines.
Conduct team meetings, performance tracking, and motivation sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in stockbroking, trading, or financial sales.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of the stock market, trading platforms, and financial products.
Good communication and analytical skills.
