Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities:
?

Assisting to manage and grow existing customer relationships by learning past trend, analysing data, creating presenations, etc.

?Identifying opportunities and securing new customers by Cleaning & Analysing Export Data, expertease in - website search, product related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc.
?

Assisting to add new customers onboarding in markets like China, South East Asia, Europe and Canada by checking authenticity of customers - sanction check, insurance cover, KYC, Contract, etc.

?Working collaboratively with operations and quality teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.

? Learning & adapting to ERP system, putting orders as and when received

? Monitor day today order dispatch & compliance. Maintain related records. Highlight deviations if any in time

? Ensuring documentary & other mandatory compliance part
?

Manage & review collection performance
?

Assist to review & monitor performance of the countries

? Assist - to create or revise SOP & in audits

? Assist in identifying opportunities for developing new markets and new products by cleaning & analysing Export Data, expertease in - website search, product related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc.

Experience

3 to 5 yrs.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BSC Agri, Diploma/PGDM/MMS-International Sales/Marketing/Foreign Trade
