Hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales to manage product understanding, channel development, market visits, and client relationships for kitchen hardware & fittings. The role requires strong technical understanding, solid sales execution, and consistent market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on trends, competition, and customer needs.
Ensure product quality standards and support product improvements.
Deliver product demos/presentations to clients.
Handle technical discussions and resolve client queries.
Identify new business opportunities and support BD proposals.
Manage channel partners and evaluate channel performance.
Travel for client meetings, market visits, and industry events.
Conduct product training for internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred); MBA (Marketing) optional.
4-7 years' experience in product management, technical sales, or BD.
Strong technical aptitude for hardware/fittings products.
Proven sales achievement with strong negotiation & communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; ability to handle multiple tasks.
Self-driven, adaptable, and open to frequent travel.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
