We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to drive bookings, manage customer interactions, and deliver professional property consultations for Ravetkar Group's premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins and conduct detailed site presentations
Qualify leads and assess financial fitment
Support negotiation and deal closures
Manage booking documentation
Coordinate with Channel Partners for lead and deal management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly bookings
Lead conversion ratio
Follow-up effectiveness and response quality
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer relationship management ability
