About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic
Sales Professional
to drive end-to-end sales of our
HRMS Software Solutions
. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation and prospect engagement to product demonstrations, proposal submission, and closure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach
.
Conduct
product demonstrations (online or in-person)
to showcase HRMS features and address client requirements.
Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and manage discussions throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Implementation, Support) to ensure smooth transition post-sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM for leads, opportunities, and pipeline management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HR technology solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in
end-to-end B2B sales
, preferably in
HRMS / ERP / SaaS
domain.
Ability to understand HR processes and translate business needs into software solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience
in software or solution-based sales (preferably HRMS, Payroll, or ERP systems).
