Creative Growth Ideation:
Develop out-of-the-box strategies to open new sales pipelines - from
campaign ideas, pitch angles, event concepts, to storytelling approaches

Digital Presence & Engagement:
Leverage
LinkedIn, website, webinars, and digital campaigns
to build brand awareness, attract leads, and nurture prospects.
Pitch & Present:
Support senior leadership in crafting powerful presentations and delivering impactful pitches to CXOs, innovation heads, and decision-makers.
Pipeline Management:
Generate, qualify, and track leads to ensure a healthy funnel and consistent growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, create compelling case studies, and design sales collateral.
BFSI Intelligence:
Stay on top of industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor moves to anticipate client needs.
Qualification :
2-5 years of experience in
sales, business development, or growth roles
(preferably BFSI / fintech / SaaS).
