Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Counselors handling Online MBA programs.
Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
Deliver hands-on training, mentoring, and continuous performance evaluations.
Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring consistency in productivity and quality.
Provide real-time floor support and resolve escalated queries from prospects or team members.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and academic departments to ensure smooth functioning.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales trends.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience, out of which
1 year must be in Inside Sales for Online MBA admissions.
Strong understanding of Online MBA admission life cycle and counseling techniques.
Excellent team management, communication, and people skills.
High adaptability with
no issues related to shift timings
or extended working hours during peak cycles.
Must be both
hard working and smart working
, capable of multitasking and prioritizing efficiently.
Only candidates with
relevant experience in Inside Sales for Online MBA programs
will be considered.
