Job Summary:



We are hiring an experienced

Assistant Manager

to lead our

domestic outbound sales process

. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, experienced in handling sales teams, and capable of ensuring smooth operations and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents.

Monitor and improve team performance based on daily/weekly/monthly metrics.

Ensure timely distribution and conversion of leads.

Conduct training and performance improvement sessions.

Maintain quality standards and compliance across calls.

Work closely with CRM/Tech team for dialer and lead flow.

Share regular reports with management.

Resolve grievances, maintain team morale, and reduce attrition.

Coordinate with stakeholders/clients to ensure campaign success.

Requirements:



Proven experience in BPO outbound sales.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools and outbound dialers.

Analytical mindset with performance tracking ability.

Ability to handle escalations and drive team KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
