We are hiring an

Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial products Conduct regular field visits and client meetings Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Provide efficient after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction Submit daily reports on field activities and performance

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline 1 to 3 years of sales or field marketing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-driven Willingness to travel for client engagement
