Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of sales acumen, team management skills, and marketing expertise to achieve revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and partnerships. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations. Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain market edge.
Marketing:

Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events). Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for promotions, branding, and content creation. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to design effective strategies. Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Team & Operations:

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments. Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards. Support senior management in developing annual sales & marketing plans.

Qualifications and Skill Required

Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of experience in IVF Industry ,Hospital industry ,Stem Cell Banking ,Gynae Pharma Division .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
