Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and accountable Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to support the company's growth initiatives, brand partnerships, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field presence, and the ability to manage digital and offline marketing channels with complete professionalism.
Sales & Client Development

  • Identify, generate, and convert leads for Pre-Matrimonial, Post-Matrimonial, Corporate Cases.
  • Handle potential client's inquiries from website, social media, and referral sources with prompt and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate directly with management to finalise clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business.
Marketing & Branding
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for social media promotions, content ideas, and paid campaigns.
  • Support brand events, collaborations, and podcast or video promotions (The Investigation Room, Detective Guru(TM) YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Team Coordination & Reporting
  • Supervise interns or junior staff in the sales & marketing domain.
  • Maintain daily reporting sheets, CRM records, and performance trackers.
  • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, conversion ratio, and marketing ROI.
  • Uphold company's Zero-Tolerance Policy on integrity, time discipline, and confidentiality.
Client Relationship & Communication
  • Manage client interactions with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Act as a bridge between client requirements and internal investigation or creative teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, transparent communication, and ethical handling.

  • Passion for sales and marketing, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Enrolment in or completion of a relevant degree program in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
