Job Description

Responsibilities:
Strategic:

  • oExecute business plan to achieve top line, bottom line & market share objectives..
Operational:
  • oIdentify new sales opportunities, untapped market & meet sales targets
  • oResponsible for Lead Generation & sale of Residential/retail project
  • oBuild long term relationships and strategic alliances with customers by understanding their product needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly.
  • oWork towards developing productive business relationships with key partners, collaborators and facilitate an effective business model for Residential sales
  • oDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer's needs and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
  • oDetermining and generating demand for product/services by providing requisite options to Customers and prospects seeking residential premises for Investment or end use.
  • oFull monitoring of transaction on the customers behalf and assisting the customer to the final signing of Agreements and physical occupation/acquisition of the subject property.
  • oGenerate leads through referrals, cold calling and other marketing initiative.
  • oResponsible to acquire large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate projects.
  • oResponsible for networking with major Channel Partners, IPC, wealth managers and identifying the HNI clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with key decision makers and getting business for the organization.
  • oGather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
  • oPlanning & participating in property exhibitions.
Financial:
  • o Achieve top line, bottom line & market share objectives.
  • o Plan and achieve sales revenue/volume and market share.
  • o Build sustainable revenue model
  • o Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with business guidelines. Extensive use of technology software like SFDC etc.
People:
  • oExhibiting a performance driven culture
Qualifications:
  • MBA/ PGDM in Marketing or related field
5+years in Sales of large scale real estate project and/or Sales experience in luxury items, automobiles, hospitality projects, BFSI etc.
