Position: Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
SALES:
Generate and convert leads in B2B and corporate sectors
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and present proposals; close deals effectively
Stay updated with market and industry trends
Support international sales if needed
Knowledge of international trade will be a strong advantage
MARKETING:
Lead ideation, conceptualization, and execution of product launches, campaigns, and brand strategies.
Manage content creation for social media, website, and marketing collaterals in collaboration with creative teams.
Plan and oversee photoshoots, campaign rollouts, and launch events.
Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and internal departments to streamline communication and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while monitoring trends and competitor activity.
Ensure smooth workflow and operations across all stages of project execution.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, sales or content roles.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.
Creative thinking with an understanding of visual aesthetics and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with basic design/project management tools is a plus.
