Job Description

Drive sales growth and market expansion for polymer/plastic compounds and additives. Lead customer acquisition, technical support, and marketing initiatives to support revenue targets and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales planning & strategy to achieve polyplast market targets. Identify new accounts; manage existing customer relationships in plastics/polymers sectors. Provide technical product guidance for trials, applications, and trouble-shooting. Represent company at trade shows, industry events, and client visits. Analyze markets, monitor competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and ensure coordination with SCM, finance, and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Polymer/Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent. 3-5 years in sales & marketing within polymer, plastics, or chemical manufacturing. Strong communication, negotiation, and technical sales skills. expertia.ai Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and market analysis.
