We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market position.
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing client relationships
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives
Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in all marketing communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of success
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape
Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
