Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our initiatives in the plastic packaging sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the plastic packaging industry's nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and production capabilities. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the plastic packaging industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
