We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals
Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Prepare sales reports and support the sales manager in daily operations
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive developments
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Good understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and market trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented and comfortable meeting targets
