Should have 1-3 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in SME loans, hire purchase finance, vehicle loan, equipment sales etc.

Should be passionate about rapidly building strong relationships with existing and new partners

Should have demonstrated experience in relationship building and excellent communications and presentation skills

Has a strong delivery and end result orientation. Passionate about meeting targets.

Direct/Open sourcing of Secured/Unsecured Loan from the market.

Generating leads through local links or personal visits.

Must have strong knowledge of various loan products.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Self-driven with high level of integrity.

Graduate or MBA preferred.

Excellent Negotiation & communications skills.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
