Role Overview



As an

Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

, you will be in an Individual Contributor role, responsible for driving brand awareness, enrolling students into free programs, and converting them into paid subscribers. You will manage relationships with parents, students, and school representatives, handling the full customer lifecycle. This role blends marketing, sales, and service to help students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities1. School Activation (Lead Generation)



Visit assigned schools to introduce the platform to parents and students. Plan and execute promotions of the free school exam app.

2. Free Batch Enrollment



Encourage students to join free trial batches and guide them through the onboarding process.

3. Conversion & Retention



Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers. Monitor subscription renewals and execute retention strategies. Conduct regular check-ins through in-person visits and follow-up calls.

What We're Looking For



Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree mandatory. Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or education-related roles is an advantage.

Communication Skills



Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage parents, students, and school authorities.

Organizational Ability



Strong planning skills to maximize daily/weekly efficiency--balancing visits, calls, and administrative follow-ups.

Results Orientation



Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance metrics.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving



Flexible in addressing on-ground challenges. Quick to propose creative solutions based on parent/student feedback.
