Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
Assist in the analysis of customer feedback and data to refine marketing approaches.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for HOD.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (product, customer service, etc.) to align marketing and sales strategies.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales and marketing team members.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
