Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing located in Trivandrum. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating sales campaigns, analyzing market trends, conducting presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications



Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Experience with Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Ability coordinate with teams and tasks efficiently Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Proven track record in achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred Must have 2 to 5 Years Experience in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance Industry

Pay: ?15,226.64 - ?40,197.50 per month
