We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales with 3-4 years of experience to plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and support business growth. Candidates with real estate industry exposure will have an added advantage. This role requires strong communication skills and willingness to travel for on-ground marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline)
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners
Manage events, activations, site promotions, and external meetings
Prepare reports on campaign performance, leads, and marketing spends
Maintain marketing collaterals and ensure brand consistency
Support sales team with marketing requirements and customer communication
Requirements
3-4 years experience in Sales/Brand/Business Development Marketing
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel as required
Good coordination, execution, and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PPT)
Added Advantage: Experience in Real Estate Marketing / Real Estate sector.
