Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project-based sales activities from initiation to delivery.
Ensure timely and successful execution of projects while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive results with a strong achievement mindset.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and operational excellence.
Guide and mentor team members, promoting teamwork and setting performance standards.
Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers in national, international, and government organizations.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documents required for project acquisition and delivery.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
Maintain regular reporting on sales pipelines, project progress, and account status.
Qualification:
Strong communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tools
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project coordination.
