Job Description

Assist in planning and implementing strategies to attract clients. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded. Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs Overseeing the administration of CRM systems and ensuring the sales team accurately records customer interactions and sales Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines.
Qualification : Any Degree UG/PG

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in similar field / Signage / OOH
