We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and product development
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
Forecast sales, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborations
Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
Working knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practices
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
