*Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services (Technical services and Housekeeping services).
*Generate leads through cold calls, client visits, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
*Understand client requirements and propose customized FM solutions.
*EPF and Medical will be provided.
*Conveyance charges will be provided.
