2. Assistant Manager (Sales)

Reporting To:

VP - Sales

Experience Required:

Minimum

2 years

+2 qualification

Graduate degree

3. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales team manages

lead generation

. Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for: Conducting

site visits

with customers. Addressing

customer queries

during and after visits. Driving

business development

and deal closure.

4. Interview Process

Round 1:

Interview with Akhil (Assessment on communication skills and mathematical ability).

Round 2:

Interview with Leadership (either Co-founder Pritam Thakur or Founder Abhilash Narahari) with Sales team participation.

Post Interviews:

Reference checks for candidates clearing both rounds, followed by offer release.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
