Job Description

Assisting with sales strategies, overseeing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction, with the goal of driving sales growth and meeting company targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Assisting the Sales Manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating sales strategies and goals.

Team Leadership:

Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to sales staff, helping to motivate them to achieve performance targets.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing sales data, and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

New Business Development:

Identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends.

Sales Support:

Helping with sales activities, preparing sales presentations, coordinating sales meetings, and providing ongoing support to the sales team.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as marketing, to align promotional activities and campaigns.

Compliance:

Ensuring sales staff adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
