Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through direct clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to drive conversions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Negotiate terms and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Support junior sales staff with guidance and mentoring when required.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industry.
Strong knowledge of property sales processes, documentation, and legal formalities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
